The birth doula services fee (a sliding scale) is available upon request. This includes:
We will discuss your wishes regarding labor support
I will support you in creating a birth plan, if you wish to write one
I will help you to prepare for important prenatal conversations with your care provider
We will practice comfort measures for labor
We will assess any needs you may have
I will refer you to helpful support networks
The birth doula services fee (a sliding scale) is available upon request. This includes:
- One interview, at no cost
- Two prenatal visits at, or about 34 and 37 weeks of pregnancy
We will discuss your wishes regarding labor support
I will support you in creating a birth plan, if you wish to write one
I will help you to prepare for important prenatal conversations with your care provider
We will practice comfort measures for labor
- Phone support 24 hours a day/7 days a week
- Attendance at birth, including breastfeeding support
- One postpartum visit
We will assess any needs you may have
I will refer you to helpful support networks
